Does Opulenzo sell lab grown diamonds?
We do not sell lab-grown or synthetic diamonds. Our diamonds are 100% natural and are not artificially treated in any way.
The shape and cut of a diamond are the same thing, right?
Wrong. When it comes to diamonds, the terms, shape and cut are often used interchangeably. This is one of the most common misconceptions. To wit, a diamond's shape is associated with the external outline of the stone. It could be round, marquise, heart, oval, princess, pear, asscher, trillion, etc. All these fall under the category of diamond shapes.
A diamond's cut, on the other hand, refers to the facets, their arrangement and dimensions. A round diamond, for example, can be cut differently regardless of its shape. Which diamond shape will give me the greatest return on my investment?

Your jewellery will be hallmarked by BIS (The Bureau of Indian Standards) and accompanied by a certificate detailing the quantity of gold as well as the quality of diamonds used. Can I get a duplicate if I misplace my certificate?
You could certainly get a replacement should you misplace the original certificate that comes with your jewellery. There is a nominal fee that is attached to this service.
What is the purity of the gold used in your jewellery?

Are the jewellery images displayed on your website accurate in terms of colour and overall aesthetic?
The images displayed on our website are pretty precise to the original jewellery in terms of colour and overall aesthetic. There might be slight differences depending on your screen resolution. However, these deviations are negligible and do not create a misleading picture of the actual merchandise whatsoever.
If I require additional images of a product I'm interested in, would you send them to me?

Could I commission a custom made piece of jewellery?
We would gladly craft a custom made piece of jewellery on your behalf as per your specifications. You could send in pictures of any design ideas that you might have or even select a piece of jewellery from Opulenzo's existing collections to have altered to your preferences. We'll create photo-realistic images along with a wax model of what the final piece will look like and forward these to you. Once we receive your approval, we'll craft the finalized bespoke piece and deliver it to you within two weeks.
Could I have my jewellery engraved as per my preferences?
We do provide personalized engravings on certain jewellery. Subject to select fonts and formats, we will engrave words of your choosing onto the desired piece. We allow a limited number of words that can be accommodated onto the chosen jewellery. However, if you wish to sidestep these restrictions, you can always send in any design suited to your preferences and we'll employ everything within our means to forge it for you.
If I purchase a pendant, will I get the chain as well?
Yes, you absolutely will. Our chains have jump rings making them wearable at 3 different lengths (15, 16.5 and 18 inches). This means you can switch up the look depending on the outfit you’re wearing.
How do I ascertain my ring size?

How does Cash on Delivery(COD) work?

Is COD available for all the jewellery on your website?
Certainly. You can opt for COD for any product on the Opulenzo website. However, we do not facilitate COD if the order exceeds 50,000/-.
Is COD available for all locations in India?
Yes, it is.
What are the additional charges associated with COD shipment?
There are absolutely no extra charges associated with a COD shipment.
Can I place as many orders as I want using the COD option?
You may place an unlimited number of orders using the COD mode of financing. Kindly be informed that on a single order, we do not allow the COD option if your invoice amount exceeds 50,000/-.
Are there any hidden costs that I should know of?
During order checkout, the invoice displayed on your screen will detail the total amount of the purchase. What you see is what you pay. There is complete transparency in all our dealings with you.
Do you charge GST?
All purchases made from www.opulenzo.com are subject to Goods & Services Tax (GST). Your total invoice amount is inclusive of GST.

My transaction hasn’t been processed, yet money was deducted from my account. What should I do?
If you haven’t already, do not exit the payment portal page until the transaction has been successfully processed. Do you accept cheques in lieu of cash?
We do not accept cheques, however, there are tons of other payment modes at your disposal; Debit/Credit Cards, Cash On Delivery (COD), Netbanking and NEFT Bank Transfer.
In the case of COD, how will I get a refund?
Just as with other modes of payment, you will get a refund either through Opulenzo store credit, which can effectively be used to purchase jewellery from us in the future, or have the money credited to your bank account.

Does Opulenzo ship internationally?
Currently, Opulenzo ships only in India. We will be expanding the scope of our operations to cover international destinations in the very near future.
Does Opulenzo ship to all parts of India?
Yes, we currently ship to 1,400 pin codes in India.
What is the difference between Shipping Address and Billing Address?
Shipping address is the address to which your product/shipment will be delivered to, whereas the invoice of that shipment will be sent to the provided billing address.
Could I have the order Shipped to an address that is different from my Billing address?
Of course, you can. You will be required to fill in both the billing and shipping address details during checkout.
How safe is my product?
We leave no stone unturned when it comes to making sure your order reaches you in tip-top condition. This is why all our merchandise is delivered in tamper proof packaging. Any signs of the seal having been meddled with during shipment will be extremely evident. In such a case, do get in touch with us at the earliest and we’ll provide a free replacement.
Does Opulenzo offer transit insurance?
Of course! All our jewellery is covered by transit insurance, the full cost of which is borne by us. Should your order get misplaced/damaged en route, we will be happy to provide a replacement - no extra charge.

What is your delivery timeline?
The standard time of delivery is 14 business days.
What is Ready to ship? How long does products under this category take for delivery?
All products that we have in inventory at our studio are “Ready to Ship”. If you order a ready to ship item, it will reach you within 3 business days.
What happens if no one is at home when the courier arrives with my package?
You are asked to share your mobile details during the time of checkout. The courier agent will contact you via this number to apprise you of both the date and time of delivery. You are requested to provide accurate contact information for this purpose. To avoid unnecessary hassles, kindly ensure that you are available to accept your order at the designated location. If you miss the agent, the delivery will have to be rescheduled, thus leading to mutual inconveniences.
Do I have to furnish any documents whilst receiving my order?
To ensure that the recipient of the package is authorized to receive it, upon delivery the courier agent will request the registered customer’s official proof of identity e.g. PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License etc.
What do I do if I am unhappy with the product delivered to me or if I have received a damaged/wrong product?
If you are unhappy with the product or have received a damaged/wrong product, you may avail of our 30-Day Refund service whereupon you will receive a full refund on the jewellery you purchased from our website, if you return it within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Do Bespoke Pieces come with a money back guarantee?
Bespoke pieces (orders custom made to suit your explicit preferences) do not come with a money back guarantee. Once you communicate what you would like us to create on your behalf, we create a photorealistic image of the same. A wax model of this design will be sent to you for a personal try-on. Unlimited alterations will be accommodated as per your requests. If you love what you see, we manufacture the final product and have it delivered to you within 2 weeks. Give it a shot! What is the procedure to return a product within 30 days?
We will send you tamper-proof return packaging, just follow the instructions to pack the item, and return it along with the original packaging and all documents it came with and we will arrange a pickup by our courier service.
Will I get a full refund if I return the product within 30 days or will some charges be withheld?
You will get a full refund*, no charges withheld, if the product is returned within 30 days with its tamper-proof seal and original documents intact.

How long will it take to receive a refund on my order?
You will get the refund within 2-3 weeks after we have received and inspected the returned jewellery. This amount will be credited to your bank account. I forgot my Login ID and/or Password. Help!
In the login form, you will see a button that reads 'I Forgot My Password'. This directs you to another form wherein you will be asked to supply your registered email address (the same one used to create the account). We will subsequently email you a link to reset your password once you do so. If you have forgotten your login ID, you may use the registered email address to login to your Opulenzo account.
How safe are my personal details?
During the payment process and otherwise, your personal details will be kept confidential and remain undisclosed to any third party unless we obtain your prior permission.
